Welcome to the Staff Vacancies area of our website.

We currently have the following vacancies:-

SCIENCE TECHNICIAN – PHYSICS

Job share – 22.5 hours pw

You will need to be able to work to A level standard. All of our students study Physics, Chemistry and Biology as separate sciences at GCSE and practical experiments are a key part of the programme.
Duty hours are currently spread over 4 days pw. Term time plus INSET and 5 additional days.

This post is offered initially as a permanent appointment but the post could be available as an apprenticeship. Further details are available here.

SENIOR TEACHING ASSISTANT - with responsibility for the Learning Centre

27 hours pw

This post will primarily be helping students plan and continue with their curriculum programmes within our Learning Centre. The ability to work with students with high academic attainment is as important as your approach to working with our students.
Interviews for this post will be held in early September.

ICT & DATA ASSISTANT

30 hours per week
Term time plus 5 days


We are looking for someone to join our ICT and Data teams from our Autumn term. The hours for this post will be split 50/50 between ICT support and working with our Data Manager with inputting, analysis, reporting and compliance.
The closing date for applications is Wednesday 16th August with interviews held in early September.

RECEPTIONIST

25 hours pw
Mornings only – 8am to 1pm


For this post you will need to have a pleasant and patient personality. Reception is a busy place and you will need to be able to multi-task and accept a role that includes first aid!
This post is available from 4th September and interviews will be on Thursday 17th August.

Supply Teachers

Applications are invited from teachers in all subjects to join our register of supply teachers. We use supply teachers to cover longer periods of staff absence due, for example, to illness or maternity and paternity leave.
